This hotel was really awsum with a fantastic view of Batam. The hotel is situated away from the towns and roads of Batam, on a high hill which overlooks Batam. It gives alot of peacefulness. Good for anybody who wants to have a peaceful retreat. Day time you can go shopping to Mega mall or Nagoya mall, the hotel provides free shuttle take note of the shuttle timings from the receptionist.

Staffs hospitality was fantastic. I requested for the city view and the did a free upgrade for me. They have sauna room, a huge jacuzzi tub next to the swimming pool that overlooks the city, thats the best part of the hotel. Loads of privacy and peace. A beautiful romantic getaway. Rooms were so big and super clean. Free Wifis in the room. Rooms have huge open balcony for you to sit and enjoy some quiet night while having an awsum view of Batam.

Never even had a mosquito bite although surrounded by trees and scrubs as they fog the place everyday. Swimming pool n jacuzzi water super clean and well kept. Surely will make it my holiday hotel in Batam. A real worth money for value hotel! Room service menu looks appealing but in Batam you will want to try their street foods which is much cheaper. So if you go shopping grab some food before returning. My room had a microwave n fridge like a mini kitchen setting with utensils too!

I can say that I had a pretty pleasant stay at Crown Vista Batam Hotel as the two rooms that was booked were clean and there were no issues when I first stepped into the hotel. While at the counter area waiting to check-in, the staff was pleasant in their tone and services that they even got me and my family a connecting room for easy access! They deserve to be rated 4 stars for the service they provide for their customers. I will definitely book for a stay there again if I ever visit Batam again!

Travelled around 15 mins from Batam center ferry terminal to crown vista batam hotel for RP 65, From far, one can see crown vista on top of a mountain with quiet surroundings.

Upon checking in, I requested for a city view room, initially they asked me to top up SGD20 for the city view but after some talk with the manager, they provided me with the city view room for free. The room seems kind of old but it's still acceptable. The bed mattress was alright but the pillow is soft. They do provide free shuttle bus services to different shopping malls on different days and different times so be sure to check it out, or call for a taxi at their taxi counter.

The day and night views of batam city was wonderful. Went to The Peak pub for live band, DJ, drinks a lot of varieties and nice views. They do have a sufficient variety of breakfast buffet. Checking out was fast and hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant stay with Crown Vista Batam Hotel. Booked a weekend trip to Batam. Alighted at Batam Centre Ferry.

Hotel is mins from Ferry terminal or Megamall opp ferry terminal. Costs us Rp60, Front desk was swift and fast, I've may queries but it was all answered with a smile. We booked a superior room in Agoda but was upgraded to a Deluxe room with Balcony and city view. Fantastic view. There' fridge, small bath tub which I can't really fit because I'm tall , hot water to boil water, slippers, etc. Room is big there's lots of space to move about plus you get the balcony. So far it's a great value and I'm impressed.

Breakfast is buffet type but very limited selection. If you're a meat lover, the only meat avail is beef mini burger and chicken sausage. The rest are staples like rice, fried noodles and side dishes. Though limited, some are nice like the nasi goreng vista. For room service menu, it's cheap if you compare to SG hotel pricing.

Hotel has a pub but no live soccer matches. Before 10pm, some drinks goes 1-for-1 like scotch, gin, tequila, vodka. Carlsberg is 1-for-1 whole night. Too bad we're the only audience there. Hotel provides shuttle to nagoya mall and BCS mall in the morning but you've got to inform 1 hour in advance. The pool is half size olympic but it's deep on one end. Outdoor Jacuzzi feels great. Overall had a memorable and wonderful stay in the hotel and I wish to come back there again when visiting Batam.

Thumbs up for the se. We enjoy the stay in Crown Vista Batam Hotel. Hotel Staffs at the reception counter were very friendly and polite. The rooms interior looks good, nice and Spacious also very romantic, classic and cosy. Bathroom design is awesome.

Hotel has a awesome swimming pool. The environment looks good. Great location for honeymoon and young couple. Spa services were good with professional staff. No nightlife activities nearby. Need to go to Nagoya for more nightlife activities.

The buffet breakfast was good with variety of breads, pastries, pancakes ,noodles, rice, soups ,eggs, omelette and fruits but there is still room for improvement. Lunch and dinner menu was great.

If you wish to go for shopping and also buy some souvenirs , take the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which is to and from the major malls such as the, BCS Mall , Megamall and Nagoya Hill Mall. Please check the free shuttle service schedule with the Staffs at the reception counter, as the free shuttle service goes to different malls in different day and time. Awesome hotel I will strongly recommend it. Certainly great value for money.

Overall the stay in the hotel is very relaxing and enjoyable with friendly staff always around to assist when we need help. I have been to Batam for many times for short staycation. However this hotel impressed me alot.

Firstly we were greeted with the wonderful friendly staff. They lead us to our room and orientate us on the facilities. Next our view was Awesome! We took the delux room and the night view from our balcony was fantastic. Thirdly they provide free shuttle service to city area. That saves us alot of money on transport as the taxi fare could cost us about per trip.

Breakfast was definitely a great spread and they have spa that cost the same price as those in towns or cheaper. Hence I thought we can do everything all under one roof. Not to mention, they have free aerobic class and also belly dancing for hotel resident. I never expect the hotel to be those 5 star singapore hotel but I would rate this hotel one of the best in Batam for its service.

The only thing that upset me is the swimming pool wasn't that so clean. The jacuzzi was sandy and the pool is very deep 2. They also have sauna at every changing room near the pool but a little too dark.

Unless you have a group of girls or guys wanna go for sauna then if can be useful. Else man and women cannot mix. Staffs welcome us with a smile and was serve with the welcome drinks.

Check in was fast and the bellboy guide us to our room. Rooms was clean, view from the room was ok. The only setback from the hotel was the location was out of way from the shopping center. They do provide free shutter servies to the shopping mall thought. Overall the stay was a pleasent one. This is my first personal stay at this hotel in Batam.

Those who like a more calm and pleasant environment will find this place attractive just like I do. Room is more spacious. Morning breakfast at the ground floor cafe is not too crowded. All other staff put on a smile too. Wifi connection may drop off at times but is acceptable. I was on my business trip to Batam and I found that crown vista was a great hotel which I enjoy every much my stay.

The room was clean and nice and the view was obsoletely fantastic. The food was cheap and tasted ok for me and I was surpraiset that the beverage is rather cheap.
